Crafters & Drifters is a content production & influencer marketing agency, founded in 2017 by Dean Marc.
It all started with the idea of delivering tailor made concepts & solutions in digital marketing & PR not only for the more established brands but also available and affordable for start-ups.
In 2019, Mirjam Melkman joined the team as Business development director and in 2020 Remco Sijtzema joined as our in-house lead photographer & videographer, alongside that we gathered a team of free lance specialists. Together we are a small, passionate and creative team that has been working in the photo productions and influencer marketing world for over 5 years. Throughout the years we have been building a community for our influencers. We believe in great campaigns, beautiful content and happy clients.

Dean Marc

Before founding Crafters & Drifters in 2017, Dean has been working in digital marketing and digital PR for several years - from there on he has seen the uprise of influencer marketing from it’s very early stages. Dean is our influencer marketing specialist and creative director for all our productions local or abroad. Dean always said that he didn’t want to be just a name in a signature below an email, that’s why he’s our frontman of our Crafters & Dritfers community.
Mirjam Melkman

Mirjam is a senior marketing and communications executive. With her entrepreneurial mindset Mirjam has participated in start-ups and high-growth companies such as Booking.com and Catawiki. Having traveled the world as a model for many years, Mirjam has a good understanding of the model/influencer perspective in addition to her business expertise.
Remco Sijtzema
lead photographer & videographer
Remco has been working as a photographer since 2013 after finishing his study in photography capturing moments, products and of course people for big corporate businesses or local small businesses ever since. Even travelling through Colombia or Nepal for photography & videography. He joined Crafters & Drifters in 2020 as our lead photographer & videographer.
People inspire him the most and capturing “that moment” gives him joy and pleasure in his work. It’s a way of communicating without talking, a dance between photographer and the subject. To Remco photography is a language.
